This programme has been designed specifically for existing and aspiring senior leaders in education. The design and delivery team include leadership development professionals with broad experience of working in or with primary, secondary, and higher education. The programme is highly interactive and discursive allowing attendees the time and opportunity to undertake an in-depth exploration of the role of educational leader. Individual learning and development journeys are scaffolded by a series of sector relevant leadership models, frameworks, case studies and research and the application of a person-centred coaching approach.
Throughout the programme our facilitators will support participants to consider how their learning can deliver tangible positive outcomes on their return to the workplace. To support this innovative and pragmatic approach participants attend three 2.5-hour action learning / group coaching sessions which will be scheduled over an, approximately, 6-month period after the conclusion of the taught phase.
