- The team grows to 6
- Office move! Hazel Grove, Stockport
- First client event held with RCGP Secure Environments Group Annual Conference
- The operations team grows to 2 people
- 14 in-person events held in 2019
- The Oncology Conference was born
2020

- Team grows to 10
- 6 weeks of furlough
- Pivot to full virtual events portfolio
- Established ourselves in the virtual conference space
- Team grows to 12
- 32 events held in 2020
- Lockdown Christmas party
2021

- Attended York Races for a team day out!
- Convenzis Education started (May)
- MATA founded Multi Academy Trust Association (September)
- Returned back to in person events after Covid
- Team grows to 14

2022

- Convenzis Training founded
- Team grows to 16
- Client event portfolio grows! Clients including NHS England and Zoon
- New website built
- Introduced a bespoke Sponsor Badge scanning system
- Introduced drinks reception at all in person events
- 57 events held in 2022
- Directors retreat to Dubai (November)
2023

- 1st National MAT Awards hosted in London (March)
- 500+ Trust Members now MATA members (July)
- Implemented Employee benefit scheme
- Both Virtual and In-person events are running at full pace!
- Expanded Convenzis Training to include Education & Housing
- Introduced Free Lunches for local kids to help with the cost of living crisis
- Private Health, Death in Service plus many more benefits added for employees
- 1st Annual Convenzis Sports Day
