Ortus-iHealth a Digital Healthcare company was formed in 2017 by the Barts Hospital-based Consultant Cardiologist Dr Debashish Das. The company provides a digital outpatients solution facilitating the effective delivery of treatments from referral to discharge.
Patient and clinician’s portals support the scheduling of remote, asynchronous, or local consultations with PROMs and vitals collected remotely in advance, enabling clinicians to prioritise patients based upon clinical need.
Configurable pathways can include multiple elements in automated workflows, including remote monitoring, consent, and patient education content, maintaining engagement with patients, while increasing access, reducing DNAs, and easing the pressure on clinics.
