The course fitted my needs as a manager perfectly. The trainer was adaptable to the needs of the delegates demonstrating her knowledge regarding the topics.

Module 1 of this training has already been challenging, inspiring and thought provoking. The balance in methods of teaching and great guidance from Michelle have made the course a genuine pleasure and positive learning experience.

The level 7 coaching and mentoring training that I did with Michelle was excellent. The group size was perfect and the amount of fun and interaction from participants made it a really brilliant 3 days. I can't wait to go back for module 2.

This was a good programme, delivered well. A safe space was created by the facilitator which was remarkable as we were online. I gained insight practical help and great coaching practise. It was excellent. I would recommend to others.
