At 1st Staff, we provide high-quality, inclusive education and therapeutic support to all children and young people, regardless of their background or abilities.

We are an unregistered, Alternative Provision supplier with agreements in place with nearly 40 local authorities, across the country.

Our team believes that every child can succeed and is dedicated to helping them reach their goals in a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment.

We support children and young people who are unable to access education within a school setting. This can be for a variety of reasons and can be linked to special educational needs and/or disabilities, young people with or without EHCP’s, Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs such as school refusers, anxiety, and emotional based school avoidance (EBSA).

Our team has had remarkable success with early intervention work in mainstream schools for pupils at risk of permanent exclusion and interventions for pupils who are refusing or unable to attend school.
