Baily Garner are a multi-multi-disciplinary construction consultancy, with a team of experts comprising of building surveyors, quantity surveyors, architects, mechanical and electrical engineers, sustainability engineers and health and safety specialist. We specialise in delivering consultancy services within the education sector across the country, provided by our offices in London and Birmingham. 

Our experience includes support in condition surveys and due diligence, to delivery of capital works and estate improvements. We are acutely aware of the challenges facing the education estate, whether it be pressures on funding or requirement for expertise to support in estates matters.
