The NHS Population Health Conference is a fantastic occasion for everyone to catch up, share knowledge and generate innovation. We’ve been very busy working over the past few years with our partners in health and care, developing and supporting them on their population health journey. We strongly believe in onwards sharing of knowledge and good practice, and we are looking forward to hearing some excellent examples of population health use cases from our customers and today’s speakers. Integrated Care Systems are at very different parts of the population health journey. This event provides an opportunity for those who are starting, to be able to listen and learn from the experiences of others who are a little further along the path.
