As global EPR experts with a deep and long-standing relationship with Epic, Optum are specialists in Epic build, configuration, digital health, analytics and products to supplement available functionality in commercial EPRs. The extent of Epic’s presence in the US, with a customer base that covers the entire Epic portfolio, has provided our Epic analysts with unparalleled experience in implementing and supporting Epic programmes.

In response to the rapid increase in Epic EPR implementations in the NHS and the growing needs of our existing NHS customers to access highly experienced Epic certified analysts and EPR professional services, we are now able to offer EPR services to the NHS, bringing unique access to a breadth and depth of Epic expertise that is currently challenging to source in the NHS.  Optum can offer access to a team of over 700 dedicated Epic analysts that can be drawn upon to support the NHS across all aspects of Epic implementations including Epic integration and data migration.
