Our range of services include:
- Project Oversight: Our specialist project teams oversee projects from concept through to validation and handover. Stages include the development of the Quality Technical Agreement, User Requirement Specification, and Validation Master Plan which then informs the design of the facility and the services including: HVAC, Environmental Monitoring System (EMS), and Process Gases.
- Validation: CCTech are focused on projects governed by regulatory compliance which require a highly structured approach running through the project from design inception to operation / licence. This project life cycle from URS, VMP, DQ, IQ, OQ, and PQ requires a complete understanding of the process requirements and how best they can be facilitated within the design, construction, commissioning, and validation stages.
- Consultancy: Our highly experienced consultants deliver feasibility studies and strategic reviews to support institutional decision making by enabling long term planning, such as the consolidation of existing facilities and the development of new facilities.
- Procurement: Our teams support clients with procurement, scope of works, and specifications required for specialist contractors and process equipment in science and healthcare facilities
- Testing: Our Field Service team conducts testing and validation of Biocontainment facilities, both for routine annual testing to meet the statutory requirements of the ACDP and HSE and deliver an Emergency Fumigation Service.
