Data & Analytics

Data Wrangling: Whether it is building a cloud data reporting platform, systems data integration, or preparing data for analytics or AI; our data teams’ mission is to create solutions that allows our clients to access and leverage their data effectively. The teams’ mix of technical and business skills ensures well designed data platforms.

Visualisation and Reporting: Creating dashboards and graphical reporting helps business understand what is happening and what the causes are. Our experience in visualising both financial and operation data will allow business to make decision on how to effectively change outcomes. Financial and Industry specialists help guide clients and the development teams to efficiently develop solutions.

Technology: We work across the all the major data platform such as Microsoft Azure; SAP- Hana; BW and Datasphere, AWS and Google. Visualisation technologies include SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Microsoft Power BI, Qlik and Tableau.

Machine Learning

Machine Learning: Machine learning modelling allows us to create scalable predictive and forecasting models used by business to increase accuracy of planning, and automating decision making. This is also used to enrich existing data reporting with better prioritisation and classification data added to the outputs.

Artificial Intelligence: The advent of generative AI allows us to both increase efficiency of our own delivery in projects and allow clients to automate and enrich both their creative and client engagement activities.

Technology: We use the big cloud Machine Learning platforms such as Azure and AWS which makes it easy for clients to integrate data from their existing environments. Specialist tools such as R and Python may be used on specific solutions where required.

Financial Planning & Reporting

Planning: The digitisation of planning data is a core ambition of our team, with many organisations still partially of fully planning in spreadsheets. A key focus of our planning solutions is the automated acquisition of master and transactional data direct from source systems. Working with customers finance teams we design in-system planning processes with the appropriate rigour and flexibility fit the business’ needs.

Consolidation: Streamlining financial-close and improving month and year end reporting is a core competency of what we do. Again a key focus seamlessly leveraging data from underlying source system. Our team includes consultants with an accounting background which ensures that the reporting output is impactful and matches the needs of the FP&A and Consolidation teams.

Data is always central to ensuring a successful reporting solution, and our experienced team is able to plan and lead data migration activities.

Technology: We work across the SAP EPM technologies new and old, including SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Group Reporting, Datasphere, Business Warehouse (BW/4HANA) and Business Planning Consolidation (BPC). Additionally we work with the Board technology with non-SAP customers.

Our Balanced-Team Approach means our teams are made-up of a mix of functional and technical consultants. Our Functional Consultants started life in Finance and have gravitated towards systems and technology and are able to interpret business requirements and drive business orientated design and processes. Our Technical Consultants specialise in the underlying technologies, data acquisition and coding.
