We have a passion for health and care, the staff working in it, and the people they support. Our team have been pioneering training in the Health, Care and Voluntary sectors for decades.

The Health Coaching Academy, started life in 2017 to bring advanced communication, coaching skills and a coaching mindset to where it matters. Since  then we have continued to grow and share our expertise across the ever-changing healthcare environment.

Our highly practical and impactful courses and coaching, build the knowledge, skills and confidence to develop trust, transform relationships, enhance teamwork and improve outcomes. We are proud to be an approved supplier for NHS England, and an accredited training provider with the Personalised Care Institute (PCI) and European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC Global), validating high quality and trust are at the heart of everything we do.
