At Mid and South Essex ICS, the single PTL (Patient Tracking List) is used across three trusts and at ICS level. It is used by all clinicians and managers to streamline care, plan accurate bed capacity and theatre resource usage. The solution is helping to standardise processes across clinical teams and ensure no patient is lost to the lists.
