Our 3-Tier Coaching Accreditation Programme provides a robust framework to build a consistent approach, creating opportunities for cross-school coaching partnerships. Person-centred, PURE coaching is beneficial across ALL roles and can initiate new, unexpected and exciting connections across teams. 

Our team of 20+ coaches, all experienced school leaders, show colleagues how to listen to themselves and to each other, resulting in happy, high performers who know how to harness their strengths and passions to bring their best self to their work.

Founded in 2018, we have partnered with over 150 educational organisations, including Academies Enterprise Trust, Greenshaw Learning Trust, and smaller trusts such as Manor MAT and Inclusive MAT. Recommended by ASCL, HFL Education and School Improvement Liverpool, we are on a mission to have a national impact on retention and wellbeing across the sector, “Lifting up the education system from within”.
