Livework

Livework has been designing better services in healthcare for over 16 year. We started by helping to define Experience Based Design for the NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvement. Since then we have worked across Europe and North and South America to support healthcare providers, HealthTech and Pharmaceutical innovate and improve services for patient and system benefit.

 

We have been deeply involved in digital transformation in healthcare. specifically as the digital design partner for Public Health England and also as the design partner for the NHS across Sussex on a number of their transformation initiatives.

 

Most recently we have become convinced that Virtual Healthcare is a transformative opportunity where we can create a step change both for patients and the healthcare system. Avoiding a single hospital visit is true positive impact for people and helps us chart a path to a more patient centric healthcare system. We want to accelerate the development of virtual healthcare by designing, documenting and sharing next practice services.
