ProduQtive is outcome of delivering technology and support services to the NHS for over 18 years. The Founder, Paul Pieterse- a serial entrepreneur, started Merco Medical staffing in 2001 to supply locum staff to the NHS. In 2007 he started 3 Blue Dots Technology and developed the collaborative bank concept, then branded as LocumPod. Both LocumPod and 3 Blue Dots were acquired by Liaison in 2014 and rebranded as TempRE. Paul left Liaison in 2016 and incorporated ProduQtive in 2017.
ProduQtive is a total workforce solution platform. Using the latest technologies and supported by a team of dedicated and highly skilled professionals it offers fully integrated modules which include the following: Job Planning for all staffing groups; Rota Management for Junior doctors; Rota or Activity scheduling for multi-disciplinary teams; e-Rostering, Leave and unavailability management; time and attendance; Bank and Collaborative Banks; Agency (vendor management) that supports direct engagement and all the supporting transactions like Payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable; All reports, dashboards and analytics.
ProduQtive is an early contributor to the NHSI SRG forum, working towards a standard data module to support easy integrations. Outside healthcare, ProduQtive helped various ministerial departments deal with resource planning and deployment in response to Brexit, the pandemic and international disasters. (Cabinet Office, Dept for Transport, Foreign Office, National Security Secretariat and International Affairs)
To support our NHS, we made the decision to offer our entire platform for free until April 2021 to all healthcare organisations. We made provision to potentially extend this offer until June 2021.
