Riverstone

Riverstone is a new later living concept for people over 65 who wish to live full and active lives, offering luxury apartments for sale within vibrant communities in the capital with health and wellbeing at their heart.

We have two prime residences open in Kensington and Fulham and two further residences in development in Hampstead and Chelsea.

Residents buy their own apartment, pay an annual membership fee (service charge), and  then a deferred fee comes back to Riverstone when the apartment is sold. This model allows for people on fixed incomes to plan for their  later years.

The membership fee covers a range of services available at each residence including wellbeing services and the expertise of the Wellbeing team. The fee also includes 24-hour Concierge,  access to all the amenity spaces and a curated programme of events.

We have created a wellbeing blueprint to  enable our residents to add life to their years. What sets later living at Riverstone apart is our visionary wellbeing approach which includes not only mental but also physical health. This has been designed and implemented by Dr Zoe Wyrko, a geriatrician. It is built on the evidence-based principles of comprehensive assessment and personalised interventions.

The residence-based Wellbeing Ambassadors are registered healthcare professionals who work with residents to define, support and achieve their health and wellbeing goals. In-house programmes are designed to identify, prevent and reverse frailty (physical and cognitive).

We also have our own Recovery Suite at our Kensington Residence, including a Physiotherapy Gym and Consultation Rooms, and a Hydrotherapy Pool.
