The Skilled Personnel Network (SPN) is a community networking platform designed exclusively for radiographers, providing dedicated support, professional connections, and career development opportunities. Our mission is to empower radiographers by enabling them to take greater control of their career journey! Our CPD and Training service, ‘L&D Companion’ ensure radiographers have access to the latest educational resources, workshops, and exclusive events, providing them with structured support for career progression, and skill enhancement. This includes mentorship, leadership development, and access to a broad range of resources tailored to individual career goals. Through our partnerships with AXREM & the College of Radiographers Industry Partners Scheme (CoRIPS), we actively promote Journal Clubs, Special Interest Groups, and Study Events.

Additionally, our specialist recruitment service, ‘Workforce Companion’, offers tailored guidance on the many career paths available to radiographers.
Beyond career support, SPN is committed to building a thriving global radiography community, collaborating with professional bodies, promoting leadership, and encouraging mentorship. We champion a ‘Stronger Together’ approach, showcasing the many achievements of radiographers through the SPN Podcast, encouraging collaboration, innovation, and peer-to-peer support.
