Peak Health Coaching

We specialise in developing skills and confidence in personalised care approaches in staff and patients. We were founded and are led by GPs and Education experts. We deliver online and in person courses in health coaching, care coordination, care navigation, patient activation, pain management and much more. Our courses span a 1 hour webinar up to 1200 hr degree level courses.

We also offer bespoke support for implementing personalised care in PCNs and other NHS organisations. We’ve supported over 20% of the countries PCNs in the last 3 years.
