The Personalised Care Training Academy (PCTA) is a highly regarded training provider and subsidiary of Pathways CIC, a renowned and innovative Social Enterprise that has been making a positive impact across NHS services since 2006.

With our extensive selection of innovative health, work, and wellbeing programs, combined with our expertise in recruiting, training and supporting staff through the NHS ARRS, we are able to offer a variety of training programs that assist healthcare professionals in conducting effective, person-centred conversations.

Over the past two years, the PCTA has evolved to become one of the largest providers of personalised care training across the UK, delivering PCI accredited training to Care Coordinators and Health and Wellbeing Coaches.
