Alison Johnson

Alison Johnson is SVP of UK Health at ORCHA. With over 25 years experience in operational, transformation and leadership development roles in health care within the UK, Alison is focused on improving service delivery and patient experience through use of the best digital health products.

Alison leads on new business opportunities in the UK and oversees client account management across the range of NHS, local authority and voluntary sector organisations across the UK, mainstreaming the ORCHA platforms, and key features so they can be widely adopted and embedded into service delivery.

Previously, Alison has led multiple complex transformation programmes at both a national and health system level, working with Executive and Operational Teams to align strategic objectives with digital opportunities.  A lean practitioner, Alison has extensive experience in the review of clinical services, resulting in significant quality improvements for patients, greater client satisfaction, and more efficient productivity.
