Belinda Yeldon

Belinda is Head of Integration at NHS North East London ICB, where she leads system-wide integration initiatives across the Integrated Care System. She is currently spearheading the development of an Integration Roadmap that brings together various enablers to create more alignment across the system, with the goal to bring more streamlined care to local people.

With a background spanning both strategic and policy roles in Health and Social Care, Belinda brings practical insights to the complex challenges of integration, believing that meaningful integration happens when we build genuine connections—not just between services, but between people.

She looks forward to sharing experiences and learning from colleagues across the sector.
