Christine Fuller is the Chief Nursing Officer at Correct Care Australasia (CCA), a private healthcare provider, a sister company to Correct Care UK and part of the Wellpath Group. CCA deliver primary health care to approximately 6,000 prisoners and young people across 15 prisons, two youth facilities and a treatment centre in Australia. Christine is a registered nurse with 35 years of experience working in diverse roles in the public and private healthcare sector, including executive positions, managing major departments, leading multidisciplinary organisation-wide projects, and line management responsibilities. She holds a Diploma of Nursing, a Bachelor of Nursing Administration and a Masters of Health Administration.

Christine has been working in correctional health for nearly nine years and has responsibility for clinical operations and policies, ensuring the quality and professional conduct of nurses and chairing CCA’s Clinical Governance Committee. Christine’s consultative leadership style supports her passion for developing a high performing team of nurse and clinical professionals that provide quality care to patients and a structured journey to health regardless of their circumstances in a custodial environment. Christine is committed to ensuring the ongoing respect, recognition and a broad career pathway for primary health care nurses.
