Daniel Sintim

I am the Diversity, Inclusion and Talent Specialist at Government Digital Service (GDS). I am responsible for supporting GDS and the Digital, Data and Technology profession across government to increase diversity representation through initiatives and interventions in recruitment.

My goal is to help remove barriers for diverse talent and help make the digital, data and tech profession across government become more diverse and inclusive. In turn, I hope that this will help the government to deliver even better digital public services that will be more inclusive of all of our users.
