Donna Brown

Donna Brown is Managing Director, Public Sector Strategic Partnerships at ISS, leading strategic partnerships across Government, Healthcare and Education. With more than 40 years' experience in healthcare, Donna began her career as an NHS Management Trainee in 1985 before joining ISS Healthcare in 1990. She previously served as Managing Director of ISS Healthcare before moving into her current role in 2026. Donna is Chair of the Business Services Association Health Committee and holds an MBA. She played an integral role in developing the National Standards of Healthcare Cleanliness 2021 and continues to support their evolution as a member of the national working group. A recognised champion of inclusion and social mobility, Donna is Senior Sponsor of the ISS Abilities Employee Resource Group and Chair of the DFN Project SEARCH Business Leaders Group, helping create employment opportunities for young people with special educational needs and disabilities. Donna's current focus is developing innovative partnerships that improve outcomes, productivity and sustainable transformation across public services.
