Dr Aditi Shah

Dr Aditi Shah is a GP and experienced clinical director who is passionate about elective pathway transformation. She values the use of health tech and digital innovation as part of pathway transformation. She has worked as Primary Care Clinical Director for ENT and Dermatology for NHS England London Region as part of the Elective Transformation Team and as Clinical Advisor at the Department of Health. She currently works as Clinical Director for South West London ICB. She actively contributes to several national strategy groups, including GIRFT for guideline development and NHSE for scaling health-tech across the NHS. Working across the Primary/Secondary Care Interface, she is acutely aware of the importance of stakeholder collaboration to achieve the best outcomes for patients.
