Dr Deborah Harding is Associate Professor and Director for Workforce Development at the Centre for Allied Health, St George’s University of London, where she has led curriculum development for the MSc and integrated degree apprenticeship in advanced clinical practice. She is a registered speech and language therapist with multi-professional management and leadership experience across a range of NHS services. Deborah’s PhD, completed in 2019, explored supervision for the allied health professions. She has delivered projects for NHS Improvement with a focus on Allied Health Professions’ leadership and co-ordinated the development of the Health Education England Centre for Advancing Practice guidance for supervision of those developing in advanced clinical practice.
