Dr Pauline Foreman is a frontline GP in Watford with extensive experience in primary care development, training and support. As the Medical Director for Practice Support at the RCGP, she leads a multidisciplinary team of around 80 practice managers, GPs, nurses and pharmacists, who provide a bespoke peer support service for individuals, practices and at scale providers, including primary care networks. Many of the practices the team supports are struggling with the current workload, workforce and regulatory pressures facing general practice. The practice support service has been highly successful at supporting practices along a spectrum from rescue to resilience.
