Dr Peter Brown

Dr Peter Brown was appointed Assistant Director of Organisational Development in August 2021 where he leads the health boards strategy to Learning, Talent Management, Culture & Engagement and Team Development as well as EDI and Welsh Language. He is an award winning OD practitioner and leader with the Healthcare People Management Association. Peter believes deeply that if you give people the time, space and expertise to grow they will achieve amazing things.

Prior to this, Peter was Head of Organisational Development at Team GB and Paralympics GB for the best part of a decade and also worked as a private consultant in Organisational Development and People Management with the Olympic Committee. With a PhD and Chartered  Fellowship of the CIPD, he is considered a thought leader in Organisational Development leadership.
