Dr Tahreema N Matin

Dr Tahreema Matin is a multi-award winning medical leader who consistently turns policy into practice. A board certified Consultant Radiologist with 17 years’ experience in healthcare spanning the frontline NHS, academia, government, and industry, Dr Matin has dedicated her career to advancing patient-centred care and driving innovation to deliver measurable impact.

As Associate Medical Director at NHS England, Dr Matin has a wealth of expertise in healthcare workforce, education and digital healthcare having authored 10 internationally cited white papers and lead national programmes in these fields. She is clinical lead for the NHS Enhance programme and has upskilled more than 10 000 multi-professionals in contextual leadership, digital and population health to support delivery of integrated person-centred care across England.

She is a certified Clinical Safety Officer, Trustee for the Picker Institute Europe and Policy Expert for the Institution of Engineering and Technology.
