Elinor Taylor

Elinor is the Health and Justice Information Services (HJIS) Programme Manager at North and East London Commissioning Support Unit (NEL CSU), leading on the deployment of the HJIS System across the secure and detained estate, comprising adult prisons, young offender institutions, immigration removal centres, secure training centres and secure children’s homes.

She has extensive experience in clinical IT systems deployment across a variety of NHS environments, with particular focus on user support, service redesign and change management. This includes leading the successful implementation and management of electronic patient records for community services in two London boroughs and managing large-scale organisational change across both acute and community settings.
