Being the Clinical Lead for Mental Health in Offender Health allows me to take strategic leadership of this pathway, supporting the Directorate and teams to provide the best quality of care for men within our services.
I am a compassionate leader and take great pride in supporting teams and leaders to create the right skills, treatment interventions and environments for patients in our services.
