An experienced Recruitment Team Lead at Bridge IT managing a small team of three consultants. I am very much delivery focused on how I approach my candidates and clients. I am an honest recruiter, with a strong ability in building solid relationships across all my stakeholders. I provide consultative advice to my clients, offer cost effective recruitment strategies and attract the right candidates for niche IT roles.

Whilst I specialise in the UK Architecture and Business/Change & Transformation markets, I do recruit across a diverse range of IT roles across multiple areas, Data, DevOps, Cyber Security and Software.

My true passion is for people and that reflects in my ability to deliver across all areas within my field as a professional 360 recruiter and Team Lead.
