She is an ex big four experienced leader with over 18 years of experience in motivating teams to design, deliver and run complex, never-been-done-before programmes of work. In addition, she has advised numerous mid to large cap private equity businesses on healthcare investment and has historically established her up health and wellness start-up.
She is a voluntary Board Adviser for multiple SME looking to scale and is currently training to be a leadership coach.
