Kevin Goodridge

Kevin Goodridge is an Operational Manager in Haematology with Black Country Pathology Services (BCPS) and has a longstanding interest in education, training and workforce development. Throughout his career, he has been committed to expanding training opportunities and supporting the professional development of biomedical scientists and the wider pathology workforce.

Kevin has played a key role in bringing together training teams across the BCPS network, encouraging collaboration, consistency and the sharing of best practice. He is currently undertaking the role of Acting Pathology Practice Educator and Workforce Lead, supporting training officers, workforce development initiatives and improvements to education and training across the service.

Kevin also represents BCPS at regional and national education and workforce forums and is involved in the ongoing implementation of ProfilerLive, supporting a more consistent approach to training, competency management and professional development across pathology disciplines.
