Liz has worked with Drake International for over 30 years and was instrumental in setting up their international healthcare recruitment division - Drake Medox - in 1987. 

Drake Medox was the first agency to recruit nurses for the NHS from the Philippines and has since deployed more than 22,000 nurses and Allied Health Professionals to the UK from around the globe.
