Lucy is currently workforce transformation lead in the national workforce transformation team at Health Education England. Lucy joined the NHS on the Graduate Management Training Scheme in 2011 and has remained within the NHS ever since, working in a variety of workforce roles including organisation development, talent management, and workforce transformation. Lucy previously worked in acute and mental health provider Trusts before moving into national roles, working at HEE since 2020. A key part of Lucy’s current role is focused on using the HEE Star methodology in collaboration with colleagues at national, regional and local level to address workforce challenges and accelerate redesign.
It was great to join the Convenzis team again for the patient flow event. As always, the team were incredibly accommodating and happy to help. The quality of attendees is always of a high standard and relevant to the patient flow and to us also. We continue to have great discussions and footfall around our stand with no need to try and encourage people to come and see us. Really positive event for us and we look forward to working with Convenzis in the future.
