Maria Moors

Maria Moors has over 25 years of experience across healthcare and health IT, combining frontline clinical expertise with extensive knowledge of digital transformation and healthcare technology strategy. As an Account Director at BridgeHead Software, she works with healthcare organisations across the UK and Ireland to support clinical data management, enterprise imaging, application retirement, and Clinical Data Repository (CDR) strategies. 

Maria began her career as an Accident & Emergency nurse, spending 11 years delivering frontline patient care within the NHS. Her clinical background gives her a practical understanding of the operational and patient safety challenges healthcare organisations face when implementing and optimising digital systems.

Prior to joining BridgeHead, Maria held roles with Philips, Hyland and GE Healthcare, specialising in enterprise imaging, healthcare informatics, and digital transformation programmes. She is particularly passionate about helping organisations unlock the value of clinical data beyond the EPR and creating sustainable, future-ready information strategies.

Maria is a regular speaker at healthcare and digital transformation events, where she shares insights on topics including enterprise imaging, data accessibility, legacy application retirement, and the role of clinical data in improving patient care and operational resilience.
