Driven by passion for advancing cancer care, I have built my career as a senior oncology nurse with a focus on research, education, and improving patient outcomes. Beginning my journey on the ward, I developed strong clinical expertise before progressing into leadership roles, where I managed complex services and supported the professional growth of multidisciplinary teams.

Over the years, I have contributed to shaping innovative models of care, including nurse-led clinics and community-based treatment pathways, ensuring patients receive high-quality, accessible support throughout their cancer journey. Alongside my clinical and leadership responsibilities, I am actively involved in research and policy development, advocating for the expanding role of nurses in oncology and for equitable access to new treatments.
