Mark qualified as a Pharmacist in 2004 and spent 7 years working in various management roles with medium and large multinational community pharmacy companies.
He joined Care UK in November 2011 as a principal pharmacist for a cluster of prisons in the north and in 2013 took on the role of Superintendent Pharmacist to support the role out of Care UK’s registered pharmacy premises nationally, within Health in Justice.
He now works across all Care UK Health in Justice sites, in a split role as National Lead Pharmacist and Superintendent Pharmacist, working with the team to deliver high standards of care and medicines management and optimisation across the expanding portfolio.
Throughout his career, he has implemented various technological solutions to enhance the patient medicines journey from prescribing to administration and supply.
