Marta Szczot is Deputy Head of Business Development at Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board, leading innovation and digital transformation across All Age Continuing Care services. With extensive experience in the NHS, she is known for delivering large-scale service improvement that combines operational grip with a strong focus on workforce experience and quality of care. She has led nationally recognised work on the responsible use of AI in healthcare, including the implementation of ambient voice technology within complex care pathways. Marta is a strong believer that AI should enhance, not replace, the workforce enabling teams to improve quality, increase consistency, and deliver better outcomes without increasing burden.
