Prodqutive

Since 2001, Paul created services and innovative concepts to find more efficient ways to reduce cost and increase resource utilisation for the NHS. In 2001 he founded Merco Medical staffing. Other than supplying locums to the NHS and Private sector, the business created rotations with private anaesthetics and orthopaedic groups to avoid a brain-train in developing countries. In 2009, LocumPod was the first collaborative bank where hospitals can share bank staff in a regulated marketplace resulting in significant cost savings and a reduction in agency demand…today, Collaborative banks and the connectivity of the agile workforce is an ambition of many start-ups. In 2010, 3 Blue Dots technology was one of the first web-based solution to offer a bank, collaborative bank, agency release, and direct engagement as a single solution to the NHS. In 2013, 3 Blue Dots was the first neutral staffing platform that offered a complete disbursement and outsourced payroll solution. In 2014, Liaison acquired 3 Blue Dots and LocumPod and rebranded the solution as TempRE. In 2017, Paul founded ProduQtive and invested the past 45 months creating the future of workforce management. Since the outbreak of Covid, ProduQtive played an important role in helping the government plan, schedule and deploy their resources across multiple ministerial departments.
