Radhika is an award winning leader with a background in digital transformation and major programmes leadership with a breadth of experience over 18 years in the NHS and the private sector.
Radhika has led across high value, public sector technology portfolio of programmes across Primary Care, Secondary Care, Community Care, Mental Health and Ambulance Services at Local, Regional and National levels. Board Trustee for one of the oldest charities in the UK providing housing, education and community care.
Radhika is alumna of prestigious NHS Digital Academy and the NHS Graduate Management Scheme with distinction level masters’ qualifications in digital technology and leadership. She is currently pursuing Major Projects Leadership Academy qualification aimed at cross governmental senior leaders from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
