Ravi Chana

Ravi Chana joined ABHI in September 2025 as Executive Director for Diagnostics. With over 30 years of experience across the life sciences sector, he brings deep expertise in diagnostics, research, and business development. Ravi has held senior roles at Roche Diagnostics, most recently leading Business Development for the UK & Ireland, where he was responsible for advancing partnerships and expanding access to innovative technologies. His career also includes time as a HealthTech specialist at the Department for Business and Trade, supporting the UK’s international growth agenda, and six years with the National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR), helping to shape research delivery.

A pharmacology graduate, Ravi is passionate about the role of diagnostics in improving patient outcomes, driving system efficiency, and supporting earlier interventions. At ABHI, he leads the Association’s growing diagnostics and genomics work, working closely with members and stakeholders to influence policy and strengthen industry collaboration.
