Serena Ng has seven years NHS experience in operational management, transformation, and quality improvement roles across primary, secondary, and specialist care providers in Hertfordshire and London. As a Senior Improvement Facilitator at UCLH, Serena supports colleagues to build improvement capabilities and deliver improvement programmes. This includes supporting trust-wide programmes around Patient Flow, Emergency Services and Preassessment services as well as delivering Quality Improvement training and providing improvement coaching to teams.
