Shannon is a highly experienced recruitment and workforce solutions architect in both UK and international markets, Shannon’s area of expertise is helping the NHS to attract, retain and develop staff by creating new recruitment pathways into the NHS. Shannon delivers solutions to Acacium Group clients including NHS Trusts and ICSs that span our Bank Partners, Espirita and Pulse International brands. With nearly 10 years’ experience in health and social care staffing, Shannon has experience across a range of services and delivery models - from sourcing international nurses to designing new temporary staffing services. Shannon has been key to delivering solutions into NHS Trusts that put safe, quality staffing at the forefront of the service and deliver results for clients over the short, medium and long-term.
