Tom Ladlow

Tom Ladlow is Head Nurse for Urgent and Emergency Care and General and Elderly Medicine at Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust. He provides senior nursing leadership across a broad range of acute and emergency services, with a particular interest in improving how services are designed, delivered and experienced by patients and staff.
 
Tom is passionate about finding practical, innovative solutions to the challenges facing urgent and emergency care, particularly improving patient flow, strengthening nursing leadership and making better use of available resources. His approach is grounded in frontline clinical experience, collaboration and a belief that meaningful service improvement must deliver better outcomes for patients while supporting the teams responsible for their care.
