Tom has focused on food waste prevention since 2010, designing and delivering high-impact food efficiency programmes for the private and public sector, as well as supporting progress on national sustainable food initiatives such as Love Food Hate Waste.
As Director of Business Development UK at Leanpath, Tom works with foodservice organisations to change waste-related behaviours using Leanpath’s award-winning food waste prevention service, used by thousands of kitchens worldwide to reduce food costs and associated environmental impact.
