Tracy McClelland is Group Chief Clinical Information Officer at Alcidion, supporting clinical leadership and engagement across its markets. She helps shape digital health strategy, product innovation and clinical safety, ensuring technology meets the needs of clinical practice.

With over 28 years’ healthcare experience, Tracy has held senior clinical and transformation leadership roles in the UK and Australia, including Nurse Consultant, before moving into clinical informatics leadership. She brings together clinical, commercial and technical perspectives, with expertise in change management, digital adoption, clinical data visibility and improving patient flow.
