Tracy Stocker – Director of Operations for Flow and Integration at Medway NHS Foundation Trust.

Tracy has over twenty years’ experience of operational service delivery and leadership in senior roles. She has significant experience in the operational and strategic delivery of NHS services in-line with commissioning and organisational strategy as well as demonstrable experience in LEAN, programme management and service improvement.

Tracy started has worked in the public sector since 1989, working in both the Metropolitan and Sussex Police Service as a Fingerprint Expert and Forensic Crime Scene Manager for over twenty years before moving into a corporate role as Head of the Met’s Electronic Security Services.

Tracy moved into the health sector in 2014 and has gained significant experience in operational delivery and responsibility for clinical services within complex health organisations and collaboration with partner organisations across the Health and Social Care System, successfully developing strategies and operationalising pathways to improve patient and staff experience and outcomes.

In her current role Tracy has developed standardised processes to improve operational delivery to patient discharge and hospital flow. Working with Health and Social Care Partners to improve patient pathways and associated 'out of hospital' services and frameworks. Tracy is the SRO for the Medway and Swale Virtual Ward programme which has provided significant efficiencies across the Trust and wider HaCP. Tracy is committed to using technology to improve processes and provide the best resources for our clinicians to continue to deliver the best patient care and outcomes.
