It was great to join the Convenzis team again for the patient flow event. As always, the team were incredibly accommodating and happy to help. The quality of attendees is always of a high standard and relevant to the patient flow and to us also. We continue to have great discussions and footfall around our stand with no need to try and encourage people to come and see us. Really positive event for us and we look forward to working with Convenzis in the future.

We provide mental, physical and community healthcare in three London boroughs: Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham and Hounslow.
With over 40 sites, we serve a local population of 800,000.
We also provide regional and national services, caring for patients from across the South of England. These include Broadmoor Hospital for high secure patients, Cassel Hospital for people with personality disorder and our forensic services.
The Trust employs 3,982 staff, of which 46% are from Black and Asian Minority Ethnic (BAME) background. Our turnover in 2020/21 was £314m.
In recent years, there has been a step change in staff engagement, culture, performance and ambition of the organisation. We’re now rated as ‘Good’ overall by the Care Quality Commission, and the rating for our forensic services has improved from ‘Requires improvement’ to ‘Outstanding’.
We’ve won national awards for our workforce programmes and more recently we were highly commended for ‘Mental Health Trust of the Year’ 2020 by the Health Service Journal.
